First off..

September 2011 came about and i started my BA in Textiles, not as daunting as i expected it to be, but i'd studied there for a year already so i guess i felt quite at home. Our class is of roughly 85 people, we were split into 4 groups (roughly 20 in each) and then rotated into Print, Knit, Weave and Stitch.
Although i had two weeks off in the start of the course due to being bedridden with illness (again) luckily i didn't miss the start of the rotations!

So far i've had two weeks in both Print and Weave, really enjoyed both. We then had an assessment to see how we were getting on, i'm doing well however i need to catch up on my Rough Guide Project and the drawing exercises that were done that i missed due to being ill.
We had our Christmas break where we were given a Swatch Book Project which we've een told to present in our February Assessment. I am now onto my second week of Knit, i struggled in the first week as i kept dropping stitches, hopefully with patience and time this week i will create some great samples to show in my Assessment.
